vk222 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence). Accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily will be suspended pending resolution, and any Real Money Balance will be returned to the verified deposit source.
Age Restriction Notice: Providing false information regarding your age in order to access the vk222 Platform constitutes fraud. vk222 will report such instances to relevant authorities where legally required and will permanently ban the associated individual from the Platform.
Each individual may register only one Account on the vk222 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or any other distinguishing detail — is strictly prohibited.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any of the registered details change. vk222 will not be responsible for errors or losses arising from inaccurate Account information provided by you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vk222 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility unless and until you notify vk222 support of suspected unauthorised access.
vk222 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.
All deposits and withdrawals on the vk222 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL, Meezan Bank, and approved bank transfer channels.
The minimum deposit is PKR 500. The minimum withdrawal is PKR 1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per calendar day are displayed in the Account cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method and Player account tier.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the Account, or to a payment method verified as belonging to the Account holder. Cross-account transfers and withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
vk222 processes withdrawal requests within the following standard timeframes: JazzCash and EasyPaisa within minutes of approval; HBL and UBL within two business hours; standard bank transfers within one business day. These timeframes apply to completed KYC accounts. First-time withdrawals and accounts flagged for review may require additional processing time.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus terms apply to all vk222 promotional offers:
Bonus Abuse: vk222 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting errors in game mechanics during bonus play, wagering on statistically correlated outcomes to minimise variance, and coordinating with other accounts to share bonus value. Detected abuse results in immediate bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent account closure.
All sports betting activity on the vk222 sportsbook — including cricket, PSL, UFC, football, and all other covered events — is governed by the sports betting rules applicable to each event type, as published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence for the matters they address.
Casino and live casino games are governed by the rules of the individual games as provided by the respective third-party game suppliers. vk222 is not responsible for errors in game rules provided by third-party software suppliers; in such cases, the game supplier's adjudication will be treated as final.
vk222 reserves the right to void any bet or game round — with a refund of the original wager — in the event of: manifest error in the stated odds or game parameters; technical malfunction affecting the integrity of a game round; or verified evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns associated with the event in question.
In-play betting markets on cricket and other sports are subject to live suspension at the discretion of vk222's trading team during critical match moments. Bets placed during a suspended market will not be accepted. The Platform will display a clear suspension indicator when in-play markets are temporarily unavailable.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the vk222 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

vk222 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's Real Money Balance will be preserved and returned to the verified deposit source upon resolution if no breach is confirmed. Where an Account is closed due to confirmed breach, Bonus Balance will be forfeited. Real Money Balance forfeiture is limited to circumstances where applicable law or regulatory obligation requires it.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting vk222 support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours, and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the verified deposit method.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vk222's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
vk222 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of data — howsoever arising.
vk222 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where feasible.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits vk222's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
vk222 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and Platform use is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. vk222 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data sharing is limited to essential service providers operating under confidentiality obligations, and to regulatory authorities where disclosure is legally required.
